Blackhawk Products group hosted two courses at its facility in Norfolk, VA – the first was a Tactical Commanders course taught by Mike Williams August 30- September 1. Mike Noell, CEO of Blackhawk addressed the class. The second was a Tactical Surveillance Operations course taught by Mike Downey II September 6-9. This was the first time Team One conducted this course and has been under development since last year. We will be conducting another one in October. Blackhawk has been a Sponsor of Team One since it was formed.
