RedMan Training Gear in collaboration with Team One Network designed and built a new 20,000 square foot, climate controlled training facility which includes a 3,000 square foot simulation area, a marking cartridge range, IES laser simulator, a combative mat area fully stocked with RedMan protective suites, and a classroom. This complex is designed to train a large number of officers in realistic environments.
Departments are constantly challenged to maintain relevant training programs that provide solutions and tactics for many different situations. The vision for this complex is for Team One Network to conduct Instructor programs that give departments a way to learn how to conduct safe and realistic scenario based training programs. Technology and tactics are constantly evolving; our mission is to provide training that improves officer safety and the safety of the public they serve.

Mat Room
This room is designed for Defensive Tactics and Ground Combatives training. RedMan XP Instructor and student suits are available for your use.
Marking Cartridge Range
This 15-yard/6-position range has multiple targets and barricades for use of cover. Targets are moveable and a running man target is available.
IES Simulator
This simulator allows the student to engage in hundreds of “shoot/don’t shoot” situations.
