Bozeman, MT – Neil Honkala conducted a Tactical Pistol Instructor Course at Andy Ruhland’s, Zero-In in Bozeman, MT.  During the course, firearms instructors at the recently opened indoor shooting center certified to train others on the use of pistols during tactical operations.
