Allan Griffin

Allan began his Law Enforcement career in 2001, Since then he has served as a Patrol Officer, Patrol Sergeant and Detective Sergeant with the Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Dept. (NJ). Allan began his instructing career as a Field Training Officer, then went onto become a Defensive Tactics Instructor and Firearms Instructor for his agency. In 2008 Allan became a certified NJ Police Academy Instructor focusing on Patrol Tactics, Defensive Tactics, and Firearms. He Has worked with members of his agency in developing it’s Patrol Rifle Team, with a focus on small team tactics. Allan is an active member and instructor for IALEFI, and has worked with several firearms training companies.
