Steven Dickinson

Steven is a 28 year Law Enforcement veteran. Steven originally started his Career as a drug enforcement agent for Halifax County Sheriff’s Department in North Carolina. While there he helped develop their first SWAT team and served as a K9 handler. Since 1999 he has been with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the 6th largest Sheriff’s office in the nation. Steven is currently the Chief Armorer responsible for over 13,000 weapons ranging from belt feed machine guns, Tasers, Sniper Rifles, shotguns, patrol rifles and chemical agents. Over the last 13 years Steven has acquired armorer certifications in over 13 weapon systems. Steven holds instructor certifications as a Florida Department of Law Enforcement general and firearms instructor. He has a Master’s degree in Public Administration and BS in Criminal Justice. And for nearly two decades Gunnery Sergeant Dickinson served in the United States Marine Corps.
